MALVAJIO RED GARAGE 75 CL

ELABORATION Syrah grape. Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels and later 12 months in bottle. Harvested by hand the first half of August. Destemmed and fermented at a controlled temperature for 25 days and later pressed and taken to French oak barrels. Natural wine with indigenous yeasts. TASTING Very intense cherry color with violet tones. On the nose: very ripe fruit, thyme and hints of tanned leather. On the palate: round and good acidity on the palate, polished tannins, passage through long mouth. PAIRING Red meats, stews and sausages.
