ELABORATION Selected grape, varietally separated. Lairén (70%) and Muscat (30%). Cold maceration for 12-18 hours. Fermentation takes place in tanks stainless steel with controlled temperature around 10- 12oC Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, it is kept with its lees in suspension for 3 months to achieve a wine with more fat and volume on the palate. TASTING Straw white color with greenish iridescences. clean and bright, oily in appearance. On the nose it is frank and clean with high intensity in the which predominates stone fruit, white flowers, an important varietal hint of muscatel, candied fruit, honeyed notes and spring field herbs. On the palate it is light and cheerful with volume and fat. There's a countless number of aromatic sensations. with aftertaste long and fresh PAIRING It is recommended with fish, shellfish, salads and vegetables, Very indicated with Japanese food (sushi, tempura, sashimi, etc.) Perfect with nuts such as hazelnuts, cashews... or any type of appetizer. The optimal consumption temperature is between 7 and 10ºC.
