Tasting notes - Elegant nose, combined aromas of fields of dried flowers - Married aromas of fields of dried flowers - Soft, round chocolate finish and a well-integrated oak character - Technical information After a careful double distillation called “double heating”, the young eau-de-vie is placed in Limousin oak barrels to age and soften in the Cognac Braastad cellars in Jarnac. A high average age of maturation, compared to the minimum requirements of a VSOP, gives Braastad V.S.O.P Réserve an opulent and harmonious taste. Vineyard: Blend of selected cognacs mainly from the Fins Bois region. Soil: Sand, clay and limestone Grape variety: Ugni Blanc Age: Assembled. Minimum age in VSOP is 4 years.
