The minimum age refers to the youngest eau-de-vie in the blend and the master blender will determine the blend needed to achieve the perfect quality. This blend includes cognac that was aged for 12 years in Limousin oak barrels in the Cognac Braastad cellars in Jarnac. Vineyard: Blend of cognacs selected mainly from the Bon Bois and Fins Bois region. Soil: Sand, clay and limestone Grape variety: Ugni Blanc Age: Assembled. The youngest Eau-de-Vie authorized in VS is 2 years old.
