To present it, we thought it was more appropriate to give you the description made by the famous beerologist Elisabeth Pierre: The robe is opaque lemon yellow, the head of an immaculate white. The first nose is discreet, fresh, on wheat and yeast; more open, it expresses pronounced aromas of chamomile and lemon. Aromas that therefore evolve over several periods, with a lovely freshness. The sparkle is of incomparable finesse, as well as its vivacity. The texture is ultra creamy, very refreshing, while the balance between cream, spicy esters, orange peel and wheat is masterful. The chamomile is well perceived and unfolds on the finish. Everything is harmonious: The wheat, the yeast, the citrus notes: the velvety sensation is present from start to finish, and remains even over the length.
