Beer matured for 24 months in Mont d'Oraas barrels 33cl TAV 8.5%

This triple beer is aged for 24 months in red wine barrels from the Mont d'Oraas estate. To finish its maturation, we carry out refermentation in the bottle for a minimum of 1 month before its marketing. Tasting reveals notes of red fruits, as well as a light toasted note from the three-year-old barrel. The bubbles are very fine which makes it an excellent beer to accompany foie gras or pastries.
