Wawarone IPA 5.5%Vol Style: India Pale Ale Fermentation: High The Wawarone IPA reconciles the sweetness of generous hopping for those who like hops without excessive bitterness! Its particularity is due to its very fruity personality, obtained thanks to the hops which have been added raw, to preserve the essential oils! This light-coloured recipe was cold hopped with Chinook hops and the Alsatian variety Aramis, both of which develop tropical fruity aromas. And to maximize the exoticism and bring a hint of refreshing acidity, we added a dash of pineapple! The Wawarone IPA is a firework of aromas mixed in delicate alchemy. India Pale Ale (IPA) type, it is characterized by a very nice bitterness thanks to the combination of these hops.
