La Fève Brown Beer

The bean was born from a partnership with a chocolate maker from Douarnenez La Cabana Cacao. Indeed for this recipe we use its Grué (chips of roasted cocoa beans) from Guatemala. It is a sweet stout style brown beer with a 6° content. Sweetened with lactose, with cocoa notes, without bitterness, creamy mousse.
