CHAP'S - Beer of Emotion Beer Stout Coffee tasting top fermentation Its complex structure and its subtle aromas of coffee are brought by the brewing of special roasted malts and cereals produced in France, a triple top fermentation of 6 weeks on lees and an infusion of coffee beans. Fine hops from Alsace bring bitterness very light preserving all the subtlety of the flavors. Unfiltered, refermented in the bottle, it contains yeasts. A slight cloudiness and a deposit at the bottom of the bottle are natural. Unpasteurized, its flavors will evolve over time. The ebony color of the bottles ensures perfect protection of the beer. Store in a cool, dark place and in an upright position To taste from 7°C to 9°C
