ORGANIC AMBER BEER

Trappist-type Amber Beer (5.5%). Karnotzet Ambrée is brewed with yeast similar to the famous Westmalle Trappist. This yeast develops a significant amount of fruity esters that greatly influence the aromatic and taste complexity of this beer. Many cereals are used in this beer, in particular barley, rye and wheat.
