In the El Palomar area, all the conditions are met to produce excellent quality coffee. It is first of all the altitude, between 1,400 and 1,900 m, which gives the beans a particularly pleasant flavor. The Arabica varieties used, such as Typica, Bourbon, Caturra and Pache, contain very good aromatic characteristics.
