This is roughly equivalent to 4 heaped teaspoons. Let your black tea steep for 3-5 minutes before removing the tea strainer from the water. You can infuse the tea up to 2 times. I.e. with a can of tea that is filled with 55g, you can prepare yourself in about 70 cups of black tea. The good thing about your tea is: You can also infuse it cold as a cold brew tea. The dosage is similar, but you have to let the tea steep in cold water for 30-60 minutes. This is a refreshing alternative, especially for the warm summer months. You can also put your boiled tea in the refrigerator after it has finished brewing. So you can drink it as a healthy iced tea.
