The “Le Mistral” blend is spicy and intense, a bit like us! To do this, we roast exclusively African coffees of great complexity in our roastery, according to specially adapted roasting profiles. They are then finely blended to develop liveliness and lightness, offering fruity and tangy notes for a cup full of sunshine! It is drunk: as “Sock Juice” with the wind in your hair, ideal as a filter!
