Costa Rican Coffee - Tarrazú

Bofarull brand coffee, originating from Costa Rica.   The Tarrazú region is located in the high mountains of the interior of Costa Rica, in the South Pacific region and is known for producing high quality coffee.  Because they grow at high altitudes and in volcanic soil, these shade-grown coffee cherries ripen more slowly, giving a rich, hearty flavor to this Costa Rica Tarrazú coffee.   Tarrazú coffee is known as a “classically complete” coffee – a sweet aroma, aromatic complexity, body, pleasant acidity and a delicate, clean aftertaste with rich tropical fruit tones and light hints of licorice.  Very aromatic, with a medium body and medium-low acidity.  4 grinds available: Coffee for espresso machine, Coffee for Italian coffee machine, coffee for filter coffee machine and coffee beans.
