Specialty coffee with a result of 86.5 points in tasting. It has an excellent fragrance, based on cocoa and almond notes in the caramelization group. It has notes that are reminiscent of strawberry in the enzymatic group, while its body and acidity is medium, resulting in a round, sweet and very complete coffee.
