Our careful selection of the best origins of coffees brought us to the north of Peru, in the province of Cajamarca. Cultivated between 1000 and 1800 m altitude by small producers united in a cooperative, this coffee is carefully treated by agro-ecological methods guaranteeing the soil a good fertility.
