This round coffee on the palate has a typical aftertaste with notes of chocolate. The most experienced palates will discover notes of wine. Strength: 3.5/4 The Harrar region is located in the eastern highlands of Ethiopia near Lake Haramaya. Its eastern part “East Harrar” is the authentic cradle of the legendary Harrar coffee. The coffee cherries are dried directly on the coffee tree before harvesting to obtain the typical Mocha taste. The cherries are left on the trees until they turn black. This means they are ripe and dry.
