Strength: 3.5 / 4 This Ethiopian coffee comes from the Djimmah region which is located in the southwest of Ethiopia. This coffee grows at an altitude of 1,500 to 1,800 m above sea level in the Kaffa forest under the shade of acacia trees. The picking is manual, the grain is natural, unwashed and drying is done in the sun on "African beds" for 10 to 15 days.
