The name Cáliz is inspired by the hibiscus calyx — the bright red, cup-like base of the flower that nurtures the seeds. Just as the calyx nourishes the plant, we aim to nourish your skin with care and vitality.

We are Annaluisa and Natalia, the twins behind Cáliz Cosmetics. Our love for skincare began in childhood, experimenting with potions and lotions to achieve glowing, healthy skin. Summers were filled with our father’s Karkadeh, hibiscus iced tea, introducing us to the flower’s countless benefits. Today, hibiscus is at the heart of our brand, representing self-love, cultural heritage, and the natural beauty we celebrate and share with the world.
