Preparation tips : Hot: For a cup, pour the equivalent of a teaspoon into a filter, add simmering water and leave to infuse for 4 to 5 minutes. Cold: Pour 4 teaspoons into 1 liter of water and leave to infuse for at least 20 minutes at room temperature. Filter before serving with or without ice according to your desires.
