CARBAYÓN - Box 4 units

The Original Carbayón, box 4 units. Our most emblematic cake: Puff pastry base covered with an artisan Marcona almond cream, bathed in a layer of yolk and finished with a sugar bath that gives it a shiny appearance and crunchy flavor. It was created in this house to attend the first Asturias International Trade Fair, held in Gijón in 1924, becoming a benchmark for traditional Asturian confectionery.
