“Stroncatura Calabrese” 500g | pasta integrale artigianale

Stroncatura is a particular pasta format, typical of the ancient Calabrian tradition, similar to linguine. It is produced with durum wheat semolina and rye flour that give it a beautiful brown colour. The slow drying of our pasta at low temperatures allows it to maintain the maximum nutritional values of each grain. The recipes for this type of pasta are of simple and peasant origin. Also great with a simple recipe based on garlic, oil and chilli. The best choice is to flavour the Calabrian Stroncatura with anchovies and breadcrumbs. Typical Calabrian artisan pasta dried at a low temperature. Bronze-drawn. For perfect cooking Use 6 litres of water per 500 g. Add salt and when the water boils, pour in the pasta. Stir from time to time. When cooked, drain and season to taste. Recommended cooking time 10-12 minutes.
