Gutturnio Superiore

The Gutturnio, of the traditional wines, in the Superiore version. A D.O.C product that respects the Piacenza tradition. GRAPES – Gutturnio Superiore is made up of 60% Barbera and 40% Bonarda. VINIFICATION – The Gutturnio Superiore grapes are pressed and macerated on marc. Tapping and resting in tanks for 6/7 months at a controlled temperature. DESCRIPTION – Gutturnio Superiore, with a bright red colour, vinous bouquet, soft and full-bodied taste in the Superiore still version. Elegant wine, with structure and character, excellent in combination with dry dishes and grilled meats.
