The Antiquum gutturnio is the main wine of the Piacenza area and is part of the noble line, in the reserve version. GRAPES – Antiquum is composed of 60% Barbera and 40% Bonarda; two of the cornerstone grapes of the Piacenza area. VINIFICATION – The Antiquum is aged for at least 12 months in barrique before being bottled and left to rest for another 6 months. DESCRIPTION – Wine with an intense red color, elegant aroma, dry and copious to the taste. It can be combined with structured dishes or to be sipped between meals.
