The “limoncello”, made using the typical method of the Campania tradition according to an ancient recipe family, is obtained from the infusion of pure alcohol fresh lemon peels from the Coast. The processing, respectful of the characteristics of the fruit, it enhances the harmony of its aroma and intense flavour.    The production method is artisanal: lemons, immediately after harvesting, they are selected and peeled by hand so as to obtain a very thin, free peel of the white part which would make the liqueur bitter.    The peels are then placed in an infusion of pure alcohol for a few days. After the infusion comes added a solution of water and sugar. The liquor resulting from it, yellow-green in colour, is dense and mellow to the taste with a fresh aromatic flavour. It is served iced, at any time of the day, but it is particularly suitable at the end of a meal for its digestive properties. Without dyes or preservatives.    Any sediments are to be attributed to authenticity of the product.
