The best mandarins from our citrus groves are peeled by hand to preserve the aromas and scents contained in their peels intact. The same are then placed in an infusion of pure alcohol for a few days. Subsequently the infusion is filtered and completed with the addition of water and sugar to obtain a 32° hydroalcoholic solution. The liqueur, of an intense orange colour, is characterized by a strong and penetrating aroma and a full, mellow taste with an intense flavour.
