Refresco Natural de Limón y Jengibre

This new and improved recipe is deliciously tart and gingery. Made by hand with all natural ingredients including fresh ginger, lemon & lime juice, now sweetened only with apple juice and NO added sugar! Serve cold over ice.  Caravelle Brewery started out as a kind of mad, beer science lab at the back of our restaurant in Barcelona’s Raval neighbourhood. We made beer on pimped out home-brew equipment and mainlined it straight through to our bar on the other side of the wall. We’re still in Barcelona but now we brew in a bigger space in the badlands of Sant Adría, where we continue to experiment, knocking out bold, tasty beers that suit the local lifestyle of sun, sea and city.
