It seems hard to imagine that polenta was once considered a poor man's dish. 

A basic dish from the mountain pastures and one which had to make good use of the few rare ingredients at its disposal. 

The polenta was shared with what was available: cheese, a tomato and sometimes a piece of meat... 

A hot dish, which served to warm the body and mind. 

At Casa Di Cecco, we want to bring you a little of this family warmth, but with a decidedly less poor sauce, to be enjoyed in winter in front of the fireplace or even in summer... 

For this goodness there is no season. The flavor of the mountains and the woods in a unique dish made with natural products. May contain traces of milk and gluten
