Released in 2016, this cuvée is the exact opposite of Brut Supreme in terms of blend. Blanc Supreme represents the Yin of Yang or the moon, freshness and receptivity. In 2023, Maison Bonvalet will reintegrate Blanc Supreme into its collection. 70% Chardonnay 30% Pinot Noir Light gold with a long chain of fine bubbles. Generous nose with fresh fruit and floral aromas. Elegant and tasty on the palate, assertive freshness with a perfect balance of mineral and silky tones. Refined and fresh cuvée with a subtle mineral touch.
