Vintage Arthur 2019

This cuvée is a blend of Mourvèdre, Syrah and Grenache Noir. The plots are located on a plateau, made up of pebbles of schist, quartz and sandstone. This very qualitative terroir is characterized by a high organic matter content. The vines dedicated to Cuvée Arthur are characterized by a low goblet pruning allowing optimal ripening of the grapes. The harvest is manual in order to respect the integrity of the berries up to the cellar. Aged for 15 months in French oak barrels of one and two wines. The color is deep red with purple highlights. The nose is rich, after aeration notes of black cherries and roasting are revealed. The mouth, powerful, has silky but still very present tannins. The finish is slightly spicy with hints of liquorice. It will accompany all refined dishes
