Located in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon region, in the south of France, Château Cabezac is a 45-hectare wine estate classified as AOC Minervois. Gontran Dondain, passionate about wine, acquired this property in 1997 for its great potential. Since then, he has continued to improve his vineyard, to restructure and modernize his estate in order to restore all its letters of nobility to a long underestimated terroir. The vineyard is located in the foothills of the Causse, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, and has 4 types of exceptional terroirs, all complementary for the development of our different cuvées. Our ambition is to produce great Languedoc wines.
