From vine to glass, we shape life in all its forms. The values of sharing, respect and authenticity in human relations, associated with the protection of our terroirs and the environment, are at the service of qualitative requirements and the search for excellence.
We cultivate this excellence at each stage of the production of our wines, with the desire to constantly improve our practices and the quality of our wines. The vine is grown organically (organic conversion in 2019), we promote the development of a living and virtuous ecosystem around the vine, in particular through agroforestry practices and total grassing of the plots. This profusion of life in our soils and terroirs results in the production of a grape and then an elegant wine with a strong character. The estate has also been certified High Environmental Value since 2020.
We adapt vinification to the oenological potential of the grapes harvested, using the best techniques available so that our wines authentically express the quality of our terroirs (cold stabilization, control of fermentation temperatures, aging on fine lees, etc.).
