Fondé par deux amoureux de la vigne, le domaine cultive ses parcelles en agriculture biologique, dans le respect des sols et de la biodiversité. Here, each bunch expresses the richness of a unique terroir, bathed in sunshine and caressed by the mistral.
Au Domaine Chardon Bleu, la vigne se travaille avec exigence, patience et respect. The harvest is manual, the grapes selected by hand: each vintage is born from a desire to preserve the authenticity of the local grape varieties and the purity of the fruit. The wines, carefully aged, reveal all the generosity and freshness of the Drôme, whether aromatic whites, elegant rosés or gourmet reds.
