This vintage was born from the desire to interpret our wines in an even lighter, fruitier and refreshing way. 

With as much care as in the Côtes de Provence, our expertise is exercised from the selection of plots and night harvest dates, to the blending of grape varieties and careful packaging in a protective atmosphere. 

The preservation of color and delicate fruity aromas is made possible by the use of neutral gases, such as nitrogen, the maintenance of musts and wines at cool and controlled temperatures, but also the careful stirring of wines on fine lees. which brings extra flavor to the mouth. Grape varieties: Grenache noir, Cinsault, Syrah, Merlot Color: Beautiful light salmon pink color Nose: An intense nose with aromas of red fruits and citrus fruits Mouth: Refreshing and fresh on the palate, it reveals touches of peach and apricot.
