Château de Briat Baron de Pichon-Longueville

the aperitif of the Château de Briat, the Skerzo

Liqueur wine made from grape must and Armagnac from the property. 5-year-old Armagnac added to freshly pressed Colombard or Baco musts, exclusively in barrels. No additives, not even sulphur. Aged in barrel for 4 years, 17.5°. Presence of natural grape sugar, (it is a mutated wine) Skerzo can be enjoyed chilled with strong cheeses, as an accompaniment to desserts, or in cocktails, for example served on ice with Abatille sparkling water to stay on a very Southwestern product.
