Its organoleptic characteristics reflect the strong and determined character of the Mandrolisai territory and its inhabitants. 

The dating of a discovery of grape seeds seems to date back to 1200 years BC.c.;it is therefore an indigenous vine that transfers the entire history of Sardinia into the grapes and wine produced.
