Avril - Ribolla Gialla Friuli Doc Brut

Brut Alcohol content 12.50% Grape varieties: 100% Ribolla Gialla Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and subjected to soft pressing.   The must is cooled and decanted.   Once clear, it is decanted and fermented with selected yeasts.   Second fermentation: According to the Martinotti-Charmat method for at least 3 months 750ml bottle Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with light appetizers and seafood.   Perfect with fish dishes even with a strong flavour. Serving temperature: 6-8°C
