Pino Grigio Friuli Doc Vintage: 2022 Alcohol content: 13.00% Soil type: Clayey loam Grape varieties: Pinot Grigio Average age of the vines 8 years Vinification: the grapes are gently pressed and the must obtained is cooled and decanted to obtain an initial cleaning.   Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.   Aging: 6 months in stainless steel tanks, 2 months in the bottle Pairings: excellent aperitif goes very well with fish starters, delicate soups, vegetable creams and grilled fish. Serving temperature: 10-12°C
