Friuli Doc Bianco Alcohol content 13% Soil type Clay Grape varieties: Selection of native grapes and international grapes Winemaking: the individual grape varieties are pressed separately and the must obtained is cooled and decanted to obtain an initial cleaning.   Separate fermentation in stainless steel tanks with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.   Pairings: It goes very well with risottos and fish marinades, fish dishes, vegetable soups.   Aging: 1 year in steel tanks and 6 months in the bottle. Serving temperature: 10-12°C
