Extra dry Alcohol content 11.50% Grape varieties: Glera Vinification: The grapes are destemmed and subjected to soft pressing. The must is cooled and decanted. Once clear it is decanted and fermented with selected yeasts. Second fermentation: According to the Martinotti-Charmat method for at least 2 months 750ml bottle Pairings: Ideal as an aperitif, it goes well with light appetizers and seafood. Perfect with fish dishes. Serving temperature: 6-8°C
