Penģ Venezia Giulia Rosso IGT Alcohol content 14.50% Soil type Clayey Grape varieties: Refosco d.P.R.   and Merlot Average age of the vines 24 years Vinification The grapes are harvested by hand and placed in a single layer on grids.   It is subsequently destemmed and pressed.   This is followed by at least 12 days of fermentation on the skins with frequent punching.   Aging: 24 months in 500 liter oak barrels Pairings: important cheeses, game, braised meats.   Suitable for great challenges; this does not mean that it cannot be enjoyed on any occasion. Serving temperature: 18-19°C
