Merlot Friuli Doc Alcohol content - 14.00% Soil type: Clayey Grape varieties: Merlot Average age of the vines 25 years Vinification: Maceration on the skins for 20 days at a temperature of 26-28° with frequent delestage in order to extract as much as possible of the coloring substances present on the skins and the polyphenolic substances.   Aging: 24 months in the same containers, 4 months in the bottle Pairings: Red meat dishes, roasts, poultry, rabbit, well paired with local semi-mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18°C
