 Grape varieties: Braucol, Syrah Type of soil: gravelly clay Yield: 45 hl / hectare Age of vines: Between 15 and 25 years Vinification: Harvest at maturation, regulated fermentation and maceration under marc for 3 weeks. 
Aging on fine lees and aging partly in stainless steel vats and the other part in barrels of 4 to 5 wines. 
No filtration.
 Keeping: 5 to 8 years Serving temperature: 16 to 18°C Tasting: Black ruby ​​color, deep and intense. 
Nose of undergrowth, truffles, of great complexity. 
The mouth is structured and supple. 
It stands out with its concentration and its elaborate tannins.
 Accompaniment: Reserve elaborate dishes or pleasure meals for him. 
Stews and large meats give it all its fullness and let it finish with cheeses where it exalts itself with all its elegance.
