75 cl – Aoc Gaillac Rosé All fruit, all fresh, it’s the rosé that brightens up your evenings and your summers.
 Grape varieties: Duras, Syrah Type of Soil: Clay Yield: 55 hl / hectare Age of vines: Between 10 and 20 years Vinification: Ripening harvest, blend of saignée rosé and direct pressing. 
Fermentation at low temperature, aging on fine lees for 3 months.
 Keeping: 1 to 2 years Serving temperature: 5 to 8°C Tasting: Intense and very expressive nose. 
We note aromas of fresh fruit, strawberry and raspberry, very aromatic. 
Slightly tangy palate, which ends with notes of fruit, all with a beautiful roundness.
