A dyeing grape variety with an intense color, Alicante Bouschet is vinified here in the spirit of a rosé, after a short maceration of three nights. This original approach reveals an elegant and subtle fruitiness, perfect for summer cuisine. IGP Pays d’Hérault – Côtes du Brian. Alicante Bouschet 60%, Cinsault 40%. Reusable bottle via all collection points of the Depository Network. No capsule (for easy reuse). Alcohol 11.5%. Organic wine certified by FR-BIO-10.
