TRASMALLO White Wine

Trasmallo is a wine with a markedly Atlantic soul. With it you can consider endless pairings and take advantage of its sparkling mouthfeel and its soft and elegant aromas. To the eye it is clean and bright. Its color is straw yellow with golden reflections and tones of ripe lime. On the nose, its clear aromas of fleshy fruits such as acidic pineapple, apricots and peach stand out, with a light vegetal background of fennel and honeysuckle. It has a pleasant taste, with integrated acidity and hints of apple and banana. Its body is medium and long aftertaste. It is sweet and well structured, refreshing and easy to drink, fresher than a mullet caught in the Arousa estuary. It harmonizes perfectly with any type of fish or seafood. Alcoholic strength: 11% vol.
