Toasted Liqueur

The result of careful preparation, Paniagua's toasted liquor recalls the work and knowledge of the ancient 'poteiros', those traveling distillers who visited the villages of Galicia to produce the people's pomace in exchange for different products. The Paniagua pomace liquor is macerated in an artisanal way with caramelized sugar, thus obtaining a clean and bright liquor with an attractive mahogany liquor. The nose is extremely complex, with caramelized aromas and eminently sweet and friendly on the palate, with a pleasant persistence. Alcoholic strength: 28% vol. Service temperature: 3 to 7 ºC.
