To make the traditional Paniagua Pomace Spirits we use grape bagasse native to Galicia (Spain), which are distilled in traditional stills to obtain a pomace spirit with a clean flavor and the highest concentration of aromas. TASTING NOTES: - Visual phase: clean and bright. -Olfactory Phase: aromas of bagasse, wild herbs and nuts. -Taste phase: structured flavor with floral notes. HOW IT IS SPREADED: In a cold shot or in drops in coffee. Service temperature: from 3º to 7º. Alcoholic Degree: 40% vol.
