Raw dosage: 8g/l heart of vintage, 70% wine of the year, 30% reserve wines, aged 6 years on slats in the cellar Tasting: shiny golden pearls, dynamic effervescence, fine and elegant bubbles. A fine nose dominated by aromas of dried and candied fruits. On the second nose, aromas of salted butter caramel and hawthorn. We find in the mouth a slight acidity highlighting the minerality of this terroir. The very rich aromatic palette gives this cuvée a homogeneity and a tasty balance.
