Coteaux Champenois Red cuvée "Henry IV"

The first nose is a fruity, crunchy explosion of cherry, gooseberry and other tart red berries as well as flowers such as violet or rose. A beautiful delicate infusion of Pinot Noir. As soon as it is taken in the mouth, we find all the elegance of the nose with a very harmonious acid balance which allows us to appreciate the minerality of the terroir. The mouth is juicy and fruity. The tannins are well melted and the aging in wood brings the fruitiness by giving it freshness and relief.
